Welcome
North Sound Artisans is a group of working artists, founded in March of 2005. It's purpose was and is to give our members an opportunity to freely exchange ideas and information. We started with a small group of interested members who came with diverse interests and disciplines, but with similar concerns and goals.
Our combined experiences lead us to believe that there was indeed a need for such a group. By meeting regularly we have developed a feeling of community among our artisans and a list of goals for the future. We plan to offer an opportunity to others to join us in reaching these goals.
It is our intention to offer a support group for the artisans throughout the North Sound Area, and to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and information. Our goals are to develop greater understanding of the arts and promote community involvement by presenting events, classes and exhibits.
